Last Sunday we had a family BBQ with Sam and Libby who were over from Queens, NY and Morag who is from Muswell Hill, London. It was a great afternoon and I think everyone had a fabulous time.

Angus had an American lunch today at school to celebrate American Independence Day. Why it wasn't on the 4th I don't know, but he really enjoyed it – I know this because he had loads of tomato ketchup or was it BBQ Sauce on his shirt!?!
The menu consisted of:
- Chicken with BBQ Sauce
- American Hot Dogs
- Beef Burgers
- Veggie Burgers
- Fries
- Sweet Corn
- Texas Beans
- Marshmallow Cheesecake
- Donuts
